Urge the UN for More Time for International Tribunals to Complete Their Work

The United Nations Security Council has set a deadline of 2010 for the International Criminal Tribunals for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) and for Rwanda (ICTR) to complete their work. The outstanding cases include people accused of being most responsible for the crimes, which include genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity.
